About your stay
We’ve put together answers to some of the most common questions to help you quickly find the information you need.
All our bedrooms are located on the ground and first floor, which can only be accessed by stairs, so may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. If you would like to book a room please give us a call, we would be happy to advise.
We have 1 family room, with a sofa bed alongside a double bed. Please note, these sofa beds are only suitable for children.
Some of our rooms are large enough to accommodate a Z bed or cot, however these are not provided but you are welcome to bring your own. Please call us to book in advance, to ensure you are allocated a room which is large enough to accommodate this. We cannot guarantee availability, so advise to speak to the team beforehand.
Additional occupants aged 3+ years are charged 25% of the double room rate.
Breakfast is served every morning from 7:30am (Saturday/Sunday 8am) until 10am and is included as part of your room rate.
You can order from our breakfast menu, or please help yourself to our continental selection.
The main bar and restaurant also offer lunch and dinner. The team will be happy to reserve a table for you, just let them know. Explore our full menu here.
Check-in is from 3pm. We ask guests to check out by 11am on the day of departure.
There is WiFi available throughout the Harbour Inn. Simply complete our sign-in form and you’ll have access to the internet.
Please note, this is not suited to extensive streaming or heavy downloads/uploads.
We permit dogs in a select number of our rooms. If you are planning to bring a dog, you must ensure that a Dog-Friendly Room has been booked prior to arrival.
Dog charges are £20 per dog, per stay. This charge is not included in the room rate and will be added as an additional cost on top of the accommodation rate. Included in this additional rate you will find our ‘Proper Dog’ hamper complete with tennis ball, Forthglade treats, biodegradable poo-bags and a Proper Job beer for you to take away with you.
As we do accommodate dogs on site, guests with allergies or sensitivities are strongly advised to notify the hotel directly in advance of arrival. While we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment, we will always endeavour to meet individual requirements where possible.
Dogs are permitted in most areas of the hotel. Please speak to the team on check-in for full details. We politely request that dogs are kept on leads at all times in public areas and are not left unattended in bedrooms during your stay.
All our rooms are complete with luxury toiletries, tea and coffee- making facilities including a Nespresso coffee machine, free WiFi and a hairdryer. Each room also has a fridge with a complimentary beer on arrival. There is also a range of snacks and drinks available in every room for a surcharge. Every room also has an ironing board and iron.
Please note, there is no air conditioning in the rooms.
The Harbour Inn has a small free-of-charge car park at the side of the pub, for which spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Alternatively, there is a pay and display car park called Kitto’s Field (TR13 9JA) which charges £7.50 for 24 hours (until 9am next day) during peak season. Should you require any further information please call us.
We do not have any EV charge points but you can find out more info here about the closest to us.
